Privacy

This register keeps the names of students, their attendance (present, late or absent), class notes written by teachers, and the names and email addresses of teachers and admins who log in.

It is used only to run Danceworks classes and to produce attendance reports. Parent and guardian details are not stored here. Registers are visible only to logged-in teachers (their own classes) and admins.
